Putting in a kudos for Wheelzup. On our July bike trip from Pittsburgh to Frederick, this day took us from Deep Creek to Cumberland. My rear derailleur cable frayed, leaving me with lousy shifting and a reduced selection of gears. Every time I shifted I wondered if this would be the one that broke the cable. The next day we were riding to Clear Spring, over some hefty climbs (on-road tour). The good folks here replaced my shift cable that afternoon and it has gone hundreds of miles since without missing a shift. And the shop dog is a real sweetie.

My son and I had a rare opportunity to enjoy a bike ride on the canal, unfortunately, when we arrived my bike seemed broken… BUT- Wheels Up saved our day and fixed the problem quickly. We were able to enjoy our adventure! So Thankful!
My son loves his new camel pack, too!

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful.
They made going on the GAP for the first time easy and exciting. The Deal to cumberland route is great for all ages and if in doubt their ebikes pedal assist will reassure your completion. The Gap has everything you'd want to see. Thank you wheelzup for making this possible.

Came into town with a loose tire. Long story. Needed a quick bike repair. Walked into the store and they helped me immediately. Extremely kind and knowledgeable. Can’t them enough! Greta store.
