It was a fun time! My first time on an e-bike and my instructor gave great advice. They made sure I was on a bike for my size (short people) and that I knew how to use it before leaving. Can't wait to rent again! Thanks.

Wheelzup transferred 4 rental bikes to Pittsburgh for a cycling trip on the GAP trail.
They were wonderful to work with. The bikes were great and they were delivered exactly where we wanted them and were there right on time. Every dealing that we had with the employees and with Mandela, the proprietor was professional, courteous and responsive. We will definitely use their services again!

We decided to rent bikes when we were at the Canal Place location. Luke was awesome! He was very helpful with getting us all set and ready to ride! The resident furbaby was an added plus, she is super cute!

Owner, Mandela, was very friendly and quite knowledgeable about cycling and local attractions. HIs investment in the cycling community is exceptional. Highly recommend the shuttle services into Pittsburgh from Cumberland. Enjoyed visiting their shop after completing our GAP ride. Great inventory and friendly staff.

We chose Wheelzup based on both location and enthusiastic recommendations from a GAP/C&O trail Facebook group. We called in advance to rent an e-bike first thing in the morning. They were friendly and personable, and the bike was ready when we arrived. The e-bike worked great for my wife on a day trip, Cumberland Frostburg.

It was such a pleasure to work with Mandela and his team at Wheelzup. From the first contact they made us comfortable that the bikes we needed for our 5-day C&O adventure would be available, and they would help us with any issues that might come up. And the bikes were awesome!!!! We did get a flat tire (thanks to our path, not the bike), and we had the tools needed to change it in less than10 minutes (spare tube provided!). When we arrived in DC, their shuttle was waiting for us to take the bikes back to Cumberland. We recommend them very highly!

Got to about mile 8 and my crank arm started coming off the square tapered BB shaft on my old 1988 touring bike. Limped back down and the staff at wheelzup lent me the tool to torque it back on. While there I decided to rent a nice trek gravel bike for the next day. We had a great ride. Staff was responsive and helpful. Nice shop.
