3 Goals for the Week
Read a book: in a year, you will be the same person in five years as you are today, except for the people you meet and books you read. Start reading a book this week.  

Make a list: There is something about making a list, a list of what you are grateful for, ingredients for that Peach Cobler, or top 10 national parks you would like to visit. There is something about articulating and writing things down that make them real and achievable.
