Some quick thoughts for your week:

“The wedding is an event, love is a practice – The graduation is an event, education is a practice – The race is an event, fitness is a practice. The heart, mind, and bosy are endless pursuits.

Embrace Winter’s Thrill: New Year, New Adventures Await
Its that time of the year when new year resolutions are beginning to slip, and we a re slowly reverting to the 2023 version of ourselves. Here are some strategies to keep the stoke up and power through to the new yoou:

  1. Adventure Almanac: Create a Monthly Plan Start by crafting a personalized adventure almanac for the year. Break down your resolution into manageable monthly goals, each focusing on a different outdoor activity or destination. Whether it’s hiking, biking, or exploring nearby parks, having a roadmap for the year makes your resolution more achievable. Share your monthly plans ion social media to inspire others to join you on this journey.

  2. Nature Buddy System: Team Up for Accountability Turn your outdoor resolution into a shared experience by forming a nature buddy system. Encourage a friend, family member, or colleague who shares similar outdoor interests to participate with you. Having a companion not only adds a social element but also provides mutual accountability. Record stories of successful outdoor adventures in your journal, showcasing the positive impact of the nature buddy system.

  3. Make it more than metrics Remember, the key is to make the outdoors a joyful and integral part of daily life is the experiences, and the ability to connect with yourself. BMove away from goals just to check the box, or loose X pounds, rather, to discover the part of yourself which is covered by the business of everyday life. 🌳🌞

  4. Wildlife Wednesdays and Fresh Air Fridays: Themed Outdoor Days Inject fun into your outdoor resolution by designating specific days for nature exploration. Create themed days like “Wildlife Wednesdays” for bird watching or “Fresh Air Fridays” for a post-work hike. Happy exploring!
