Get on the bike: What are you waiting for? Summer will be over before you know it. Go for a ride this week, no matter how short.
Sleep for 8 hours: Research has shown that sleep does the most for performance than anything else. Commit to getting one night of 8 hrs of sleep this week. Drop us a line and let us know how it felt.
Perform one random act of kindness: Our world needs so much more kindness, and it feels like everyone is waiting for someone else to be kind. Buy someone a coffee, visit the elderly, busk on the side of the street… You will get more from it than the recipient.
